VITAMIN INFORMATION

Vitamin B12: Vitamin B12 is crucial when it comes to everyday energy. It supports your metabolism, helping transform the food you eat into energy, and contributes to the normal functioning of your nervous system and your immune system.

Coenzyme Q10: Coenzyme Q10 is a naturally-occurring antioxidant made by the body and is responsible for distributing the energy produced by the body to the areas and organs that need it most. As you get older, your natural production decreases so it’s important to maintain your levels to make the most of the energy your diet provides.

Vitamin D3: Vitamin D3 is the sunshine vitamin. Your body absorbs it through exposure to the sun, but if you don’t get enough sunlight it can contribute to fatigue so it’s important to keep your levels topped up.

Acai Berry: Acai berries are a South American “superfruit”: high in healthy fat and low in sugar. The extract is an antioxidant that helps neutralise free-radicals which can damage the body’s cells. It’s also rich in antioxidants, flavonoids, vitamins, minerals and amino acids which help support your energy levels.
