VITAMIN INFORMATION

Vitamin C: Vitamin C is a powerful antioxidant that helps support your immune system. If you’re not getting enough vitamin C through your diet, your immunity levels can be impaired.

Vitamin D3: Vitamin D3 is the sunshine vitamin. Your body absorbs it through exposure to the sun, but if you don’t get enough sunlight it’s important to keep your levels topped up to keep your immune system functioning normally.

Zinc: Zinc is a key micronutrient that’s essential for your immune system. It helps with maintenance and aids the production of immune cells which help you fight off infection.

Garlic Extract: Garlic has been used for centuries to help fight off infections. An all-round superfood, garlic is a key immune system supporter.

Probiotic Blend: Our blend is made up of 5 different probiotic strains with the addition of the prebiotic Inulin. There are trillions of bacteria home to our gut and taking friendly bacteria can help balance our gut bacteria. 70% of your immune system is housed in your gut, so it’s essential to keep your gut in top condition to help your body’s natural immunity.
