Sterimar congestion relief is a hypertonic sea water solution made from 100% natural purified sea water which contains a higher concentration of salt than the human body's cells in order to help actively unblock the nose. Free from steroids, drugs and preservatives. 

Sterimar congestion relief sea water benefits from the recognised properties of mineral salts and marine trace elements and it contains additional copper and manganese. Sterimar is suitable from the onset of colds and sinusitis and is recommended for children and adults. Its formula is also suitable for pregnant women and breastfeeding mothers.

Directions of Use for Sterimar Congestion Relief 

From the onset of colds and sinusitis:

Keeping the head straight, put the nozzle in the nostril. Spray once or twice in each nostril. Let any excess solution flow out and then blow your nose.

For a deeper cleansing of the nasal cavities and blocked noses:

Keeping the head tilted to one side, put the nozzle in the upper nostril. Spray once for 2 to 3 seconds. Let any excess solution flow out by the other nostril and then blow your nose. 

Use 2 to 6 times a day, until the nose is no longer blocked or as long as your doctor recommends.
