Snoreeze Snoring Relief Nasal Strips target snoring caused by a cold, allergies or a blocked nose.

Their flexible bands gently open the airways and improve airflow to provide effective snoring relief.

Snoring is caused by a narrowing of the airway, particularly at the back of the throat. If your airway narrows too much when you’re asleep, the air you breathe is then pulled through it faster. This causes the soft tissue in the back of your throat to dehydrate and vibrate. The sound you hear is what most people know as snoring.

Snoreeze Nasal Strips can relieve the symptoms of snoring to help provide a peaceful night’s sleep for you and your partner.

Like all medicines, Snoreeze Snoring Relief Nasal Strips can cause side effects, however, this may be less likely.

If you notice any of the following mild side effects:

• skin irritation, discontinue use immediately.

Do not place over damaged skin.

You may be suffering from sleep apnoea if you stop breathing during sleep, wake-up tired or fall asleep easily during the day. If you experience any of these symptoms it is recommended that you consult your doctor.

If you get any side effects, talk to your doctor, our Rightdose pharmacists or nurse. This includes any possible side effects not listed in this leaflet.

For external use only.

Keep out of the reach and sight of children.

Do not use for more than 12 hours per day.

Snoreeze Nasal Strips are not a cure for sleep apnoea (a related respiratory medical condition). 

Directions:

• Wash nose.
• Dry nose.
• Position correctly.
• Dry nose.
• Press and hold firmly for 10 seconds.

Upon removal, peel back strip slowly and carefully.

If the strip is difficult or painful to remove, wash nose with warm water before removal.

Do not use for more than 12 hours per day.
